I will make any Minecraft plugin you want for paper, spigot or bukkit in Java. One possibility is adding any commands you like. You can also handle events like mosters dying differently by dropping different loot for example. I can also change the behavior of mobs or create new mobs (note that I am not an artist so I will not create custom models!)
