I'm a Unity 3D game developer focused on tech art and shader creation. I develop my shaders with GLSL / HLSL programming languages, so I don't use plugins like amplify shader or shader graph that doesn't ensure the right optimization.

Asked to write a Unity health bar shader to always face the camera. Requirements never changed. Took him around 10 revisions to fix the bugs I kept finding. Put performance degrading conditionals in the shader. I fixed the unnecessary conditionals myself in about 10 minutes of research after he asked for a 50% budget increase in research for doing it.
:Things are not as described from the buyer. Requirements changed during the revisions. I made a lot more revision than offered. (I also spent time to find bugs in his project). At the end the works was fine but he wanted at all cost to find inexistent problems on my work. My worst experience.
