I have spent about three years so far on playing with and around plugins

Will set up your server however you want it to be
Make the server look how you want it
I can add plenty of plugins and configure them to work how you need
I will not be hosting I do not own servers to host but I can easily recommend you servers I use and can work on any you may not know how to use
