I have been developing Minecraft plugins in java for over four years now. Making custom servers with extra commands, features, gui's and all sorts of other things. I have some good experience within the Minecraft plugin development field and can make you the plugin that you want, bringing your creation to life.
I can even connect it to a database to help store data in resets. All the features are fully customizable within the config files so that you can change things easily by yourself.
